Act I in a Mitt Romney Administration from Professor Bob Green

Everyone always talks about recinding all of Obamacare, and that it should be the FIRST act after Mitt Romney is inaugurated.  Well after reading the laundry list of Obama’s Executive Orders, I must disagree.  All of these unwarranted power grabs and breeches of the Constitution must be voided FIRST.  The thought of their implementation while this narcissist is still in office would lead to violent anarchy and probably race riots, both on an unimaginable scale.  http://www.westernjournalism.com/a-comprehensive-list-of-obamas-worst-executive-orders/

And I’m not the only one who thinks this way.  It’s hard to believe that Obama’s most recent Executive Order is probably the least frightening of the bunch.  But it’s just a prime example of what this man is willing to do to hold on to power.
America’s First Anarchist President
By Mark J. Fitzgibbons

President Obama’s executive order suspending deportation of illegal immigrants shows that his legal principles (for lack of a better term since he seems devoid of any identifiable ones) and ideology suit him better to head the anarchist Occupy Wall Street (OWS) movement than to be President of the United States.

Not long ago, he said he lacked the legal authority for this unilateral act because he must enforcelaws on the books. In one stroke of the pen, however, he demonstrated that he’s not just a progressivetyrant and lawbreaker, but he’s an anarchist too.  He fits with the amorphous, confused, coercive, reactionary and largely lawless ideology of the Occupy movement.

The inconsistency of his action versus his prior statement indicates that he simply doesn’t care how he achieves his agenda.  His vision of legal restraints is consistent with theanarchist Occupy philosophy, including, “[t]he refusal to accept the legitimacy of the existing legal order.”

Obama’s executive order giving amnesty to some people who are illegally present in the United States is NOT a lawful exercise of Executive discretion.  It is not an interpretation of the law, nor is it under-enforcement of the law in a manner contemplated by, or consistent with, the Constitution.

What do ya’ll think?

“No matter how noble the objectives of a government, if it blurs decency and kindness, cheapens human life, and breeds ill will and suspicion — it is an evil government.  Eric Hoffer, The Passionate State
of Mind (1954)

“Liberals want conservatives to shut up. Conservatives want liberals to keep talking.” Conservative politicians worry that their constituents won’t understand what they are
trying to accomplish; liberal politicians worry that their constituents will!
