I have long wished for more attention to our own hemisphere from our Government. Dr Jose Manual Mireles Valverde may be in jail but the desire to a decent life can not be extinguished. The spot light of some press on the situation could do a lot of good. It’s not like all this is going on some where far far away, it’s right next door. There will be nothing in the evening news, your morning paper, radio talk show. Illegal Immigration is a big issue. If we can increase the ability for individuals in Mexico to at least have a chance of a decent life at home we may find we have great neighbors who want to stay home and I would bet in the long run we would not just have better relations but  would be cheaper then a wall.
